We Understand Because We've Been There

When Hunter Renfroe stepped in to help his parents manage their business, he was surprised at how much time was spent managing the building. He quickly realized that business owners who are also building owners deal with issues he never considered. Managing landscapers, plumbers, painters, and dozens of other vendors stole time away from overseeing day-to-day operations. That’s when the vision for Maestro began to take shape. With our team of experts, Maestro has developed a network of trusted vendors of the exact services that owner-occupiers need.

Our vision is to be the most comprehensive, reliable, and responsive maintenance provider for owner-occupied buildings in Central Alabama because we believe that commercial buildings are the lifeblood of development and employment in our communities.

Our mission is to make managing a building easy so you can focus your time and energy on managing your business, not your building.
