Surprise costs are one of the most frustrating facets of managing your building. To ensure complete financial transparency, we clearly define our fee structure and make sure that each client understands exactly what our fees cover. All self-performed services are billed at published rates that are competitive with local vendors. When we use an outside vendor, we provide you with their original invoice as support for our billings.
